DTAC Malaysia provides an easy payment scheme for customers who wants to buy brand new mobile phones. Their customers are commonly students, blue-collar workers and those in the freelance gig economy.
The goal for this project is create a high level trust and verification for the customers to feel safe in purchasing said products. The e-commerce website would also enable purchases outside of the physical store.
The first thing we did was to design a modern and minimalist website that is easily accessed by many. It is an e-commerce website with integrated an payment systems and delivery tracking.
We made sure the product listings were accurate and comparable with the original product description. This is in order to achieve a higher level of credibility.
Subsequently, we launched the inbound marketing campaign to drive traffic onto the website, in support of the social media campaigns.
In the modern day, prospective customers go through multiple touch points, to verify a service or product, before making a decision. This includes searching and scrolling through social media.
It is important that we develop a compelling and consistent brand strategy that is suitable for this service.
We made sure to steer away from other competitors that may come off as a little scammy.
We wanted DTAC Malaysia to have a professional image for a better opportunity of longevity.
